Running
It’s said one run can change your day, many runs can change your life.
Running is my form of meditation. I’m not fast but I slowly clock up the miles and watch the world pass by. I’ve run a couple London Marathons for charity. Something I thought I’d never be able to achieve. If you could bottle up all the friendship and good will of thousands of runners and spectators during the runs then the world would be a better place.
If you are running in an event you may as well try and raise money for a good cause. I’ve run for Amnesty, Young Minds, The Dylan Strong Foundation, Cancer Research and my next one is for The Thin Blue Line.
I’m running the Ealing Half Marathon in September 2023.
